Made to fit
your building.
Duct manufacturing is the foundation of our work. Air distribution items, insulation and HVAC services bring the wider project scope together.

Self-flanged
air duct systems.
ADF manufactures rectangular sheet metal ducts using an automated self-flanged production line. CNC plasma cutting supports the fabrication of elbows, transitions and connecting pieces.
We provide design, fabrication, supply and installation within the project scope, including air supply, ventilation and exhaust ductwork.
- Self-flanged rectangular ducts
- Elbows, transitions and shaped fittings
- Supply, ventilation and exhaust applications

The final connection
to the space.
Air outlet items form part of ADF’s supply scope, alongside manufactured ductwork. Grilles and diffusers connect the duct system to the occupied areas of a building.
Outlet selection, dimensions and finishes can be discussed with our team against the project drawings and specifications.

Insulation for
the ductwork scope.
Our insulation scope includes Armacell products in plain and self-adhesive rubber sheet formats, together with covered and aluminium foil covered options.
Internal and external insulation requirements should be coordinated with the duct design, installation conditions and project specification.

Factory expertise.
Site capability.
Alongside duct manufacturing, ADF supplies and installs HVAC and VRF systems. The reference portfolio includes LG Multi V systems and packaged air-conditioning units across commercial, residential, hospitality and education projects.
From a defined ductwork package to a wider HVAC scope, we coordinate engineering, supply and installation around the requirements of the building.

Share your drawings, duct schedules and project specification with our team. Tell us whether you need manufacturing and supply, installation, or a broader HVAC package.
For insulation, air outlet items and equipment, include the required quantities, dimensions and technical specifications so the scope can be reviewed together.
