ADF’s self-flanged duct line is controlled by a PLC system, allowing operations to be managed automatically while each station can also be controlled separately.
The line performs the operations required for straight rectangular ducts. CNC plasma cutting complements the line by preparing the fittings and shaped components needed for the project.

Our production line forms the self-flanged duct sections used in air distribution systems. Automatic control supports efficient fabrication, with station-level control available for individual operations.

Fittings made to connect
Elbows, transitions and connecting pieces are cut to the dimensions needed by the duct layout. CNC cutting supports the fabrication of components that connect straight duct sections through changes in direction and size.
